Its owner, Suzanne Goupil, former manager of Jean Coutu Pharmacies, bought the vacant lot in the fall of 2012, eleven years ago, for $250,000. Together with her partner Normand Lévesque, he then built this property, which is now being sold.

Just over a year ago, this property was listed for $3,449,900. The buyers eventually bought it for $3 million. This represents a savings of $449,900 or 13% off the asking price.
At the most recent three-year valuation, this property was assigned a value of $1,390,000, which is the equivalent of the previous valuation.
For buyers, a $76,013 transfer tax payable to the city of Saint-Placide will be added to the purchase price.
