The Calzedonia group gets a new face and becomes Oniverse. The new name reflects the evolution of the company, which now operates in diverse areas, from underwear and luxury yachting to fashion and wine.

“We have grown significantly in recent years, particularly thanks to several acquisitions. Today the group has numerous brands, each with its own identity. For this reason, we have chosen an independent and distinct name compared to the brands in our galaxy,” says owner Sandro Veronesi to FashionNetwork.com.
Oniverse – which is also “the anagram of the family name Veronesi,” the entrepreneur specifies – welcomes under its umbrella the brands Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Atelier Emé and the Italian wine company Signorvino. New arrivals under his control include haute couture house Antonio Marras and luxury yacht builder Cantiere del Pardo.
Founded in Verona in 1986, the group achieved sales of 3 billion euros in 2022 with more than 5,300 mono-brand stores in 56 countries. Veronesi, the current president and majority shareholder, ranked first in the fashion category among companies included in the Pambianco 2023 ranking, ahead of Armani and Golden Goose.
