Samsung is not just a smartphone brand. The company is using Intel’s Meteor Lake launch to introduce its new laptop PCs.

Let’s not be surprised, a leak had already revealed the entire Galaxy Book 4 series in November. It is now being officially unveiled by Samsung to coincide with the launch of Intel’s new Meteor Lake processors.
From the Galaxy Book 4 to the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra
Samsung maintains the same logic as its previous generation and offers a range of 5 devices.
At the top of the pyramid is the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Ultra. It is equipped with a 16-inch 2880 x 1800 pixel Amoled screen, an Intel Core Ultra 7 or 9 chip and a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 or 4070 graphics chip.

You then have two intermediate devices: the Galaxy Book 4 Pro (14 or 16 inches) and the Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360. The latter, as the name suggests, offers a touchscreen that can be rotated behind the keyboard to turn it into one transform tablet. With a 16-inch screen, it’s still going to be quite a chunky tablet, intended primarily for note-taking or drawing with a stylus.
Samsung does not provide any information about the Galaxy Book 4 and Galaxy Book 4 360, which will accompany this series, in its press release. According to leaks, they would offer 15.6-inch full HD LCD or Amoled screens and a basic Intel Core 5 processor.
This new range of laptops will be available for the first time in South Korea from January 2024, with launches in other markets planned later in the year.
