“Operations have gradually resumed since 9:30 a.m. and ATMs will be operational shortly. We thank you for your patience,” wrote the Mouvement des Caisses Desjardins on Facebook.
“An issue beyond our control is affecting our call centers and preventing us from answering your call,” the bank announced in a Facebook post around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
“We encourage you to use our AccèsD internet and mobile services. “We regret this situation, our teams are actively working to restore services,” the financial institution finally announced.
