Located at 5205, Boulevard des Mille-Îles, in the Laval district of St-François, this residence has 20 rooms including six bedrooms, six bathrooms and a powder room, six garages and an in-ground swimming pool. It is based on a huge plot of 17,976 m2 bordering the Mille Îles river, where the seller has committed to growing vines in recent years.
Its owner, Jean Salette, a well-known hotelier in the metropolitan area (including Hôtel St-Martin, Hôtel Birks), purchased this property in 2012 from Preston Consulting Services, a company registered in British Columbia, represented by one Daniel Ferreira for the sum of $332,023. The house was rebuilt in 2015.

For buyers, a $152,948 transfer tax payable to the City of Laval will be added to the purchase price.
