Assassin’s Creed Mirage, a sequel
Since its release on October 5th, Assassin’s Creed Mirage has continued to improve. Ubisoft Bordeaux teams work hard to ensure constant monitoring with regular updates. At the beginning of November, version 1.0.5 was released based on feedback from numerous players. The latter are the origin of the small corrections proposed, from the possibility of deactivating chromatic aberration to eliminating background noise during the call to prayer (Adhan). Some bugs were also fixed on this occasion. And then of course there is the quest “The Forty Thieves” (originally intended as a pre-order bonus), which is available to all players. And that was just the beginning! A few days ago another update appeared, and not the last one.
Version 1.0.6 actually brings an expected mode: New Game+ mode. Note that the latter also recommends skipping the prologue to start this new adventure directly in Baghdad. A parkour more beautiful than ever
As you probably know, parkour is one of the three pillars of the Assassin’s Creed license (along with discretion and assassination). As you also know, Assassin’s Creed Mirage made a point of returning to these three pillars. For Parkour, the Bordeaux teams opted for a half-old-fashioned, half-modern gameplay, very similar to that of Assassin’s Creed Unity. But for some it was still too limited. You will no doubt be pleased to know that the new update is groundbreaking. It actually increases the reach of the rear and side discharge, allowing greater distances to be covered and some really cool climbing moments.
For parkour professionals it is an opportunity to demonstrate their talent. With this small improvement, parkour not only becomes more enjoyable, but also more complex.
