Despite an official presentation at the beginning of October, the Galaxy S23 FE still avoided France. As a reminder, this “Fan Edition” version of the Galaxy S23 promises a high-end experience with a few concessions at a lower price. Samsung has announced its price and release date in France.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will go on sale in France from December 8, 2023. The recommended price is 699 euros for the version with 128 GB RAM.
Also note the announced 256 GB version priced at 759 euros.

The Galaxy S23 FE is available in six colors. You can find it in graphite, sea green, purple and cream colors in traditional stores. In orange or blue on the Samsung website.

There is also an introductory offer. Until January 16, 2024, Samsung will provide you with Galaxy Buds FE when you purchase a Galaxy S23 FE.
Good news on the agenda
Patience is good. While France and Europe will have to wait another two months to benefit from the Galaxy S23 FE, they will benefit from a smartphone that ships directly under Android 14 with Samsung’s own One UI 6 interface.
You should know that Samsung guarantees four major operating system updates and five years of security patches. By releasing directly with the latest version, the Galaxy S23 FE is automatically entitled to longer software longevity in France.
It remains to be seen whether commercial success will be achieved. Some may be more interested in buying a classic Galaxy S23 that has dropped in price. Others are undoubtedly already planning for the Galaxy S24, which is expected in mid-January 2024.
