In Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, a residence built on land converted into a massive playground for equestrian, motocross and helicopter enthusiasts has just sold for $2.7 million.
Located at 101 Chemin du Domaine, the single-story residence features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, a fireplace and a covered terrace with spa.

The 123,519 square meter property also includes a stable, an equestrian center, a motocross racing track and no fewer than nine garages.
The seller, François Dumas, purchased this property in 2015 from Yvan Belleau and Lynda Plante. At that time, the transaction closed for $629,500.

Its owner recently relisted it for $2,895,000. A buyer ended up paying $2.7 million for it, $195,000 or 6.7% below the asking price.
At last appraisal, this property was assigned a value of $895,000. An increase of 2.87% compared to the previous valuation of $870,000.
In 2023, municipal taxes were $9,019. For buyers, a transfer tax of $61,843 will be added to the purchase price, payable to the city of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
